Possible Warlock App

Hey guys,

I have been racking my brain trying to find a suitable 25 man guild that has a suitable raid schedule that fits my work schedule. I'm a server so I work Wed - Saturday from 3pm to 10pm PST. I have been looking for a while since I don't want to join just any old guild that fits my schedule. Being a mature and working adult too, I really like the structure and complete bio of your guild, so I am considering an app and transfer. I just wanted to know if I would be wasting your/my time apping considering you are 11/12 Hardmodes and I have only three 25 hard mode encounters down. In short, what is your tolerance for adjustment and instruction for new apps?

There are some things that we can overlook for someone who KNOWS what they are doing, specifically when it comes to gear since we've been DE-ing and/or offspecing gear as it is.

What I would want to see prior, since you are curious, is a combatlog parse.

Gear we can fix, having poor raid awareness and etc is not something we can fix but the combatlog will tell us.
